Ophuis Engineering has developed an Easy Lift device for kitchen worktops and other difficult lifts such as cooker hoods. The Tillium can install a 600 pound worktop in the kitchen without losing any of its stability. An average granite worktop easily weights 200 pounds. And often the kitchen elements require so much effort to place and fix them all too often physical strain can cause injuries.
Additionally,
a hydraulic arm can be attached (225 pounds) to place cupboards, kitchen
apparatus, and cornices and hold them in place while fixing without major
physical effort. This device is only 70 cm wide and can easily be used
to transport and fix items in narrow places. Tillium can also be used
