Logicom's Virtual Worlds division is launching two major new systems - Virtual Tiling and Virtual Showhouse. The former is a complete stand-alone room design package for the tiling industry enabling complex wall and floor designs to be created and presented to customers in a matter of seconds. It is designed for use with ceramic tiles, vinyls and for wood flooring products and can be added to the existing Virtual Worlds packages of our many users.

Virtual Showhouse is designed to be used by the public in the site sales offices of house builders and developers. Users can see their options in furniture, handles, finish, worktops, wall emulsions, floor and wall coverings and priced upgrade options in true virtual reality. Once the client has finalised the specification required, the system will produce confirmation contracts and images and provide the data for forward administration for the developer and the suppliers involved, by site, plot and client - and all down to the last tile.

The company also is launching its new Kitchen design package with a brand new generic library and major new libraries from Mereway and Neff.

Tile and flooring manufacturers and visitors attending Expotile may also be interested to visit the Virtual Worlds stand as Logicom is keen to involve as many manufacturers as possible and to develop its packages for use in other language versions.
