Hansgrohe
Launches Raindance Rainfall
Hansgrohe
launched the companys overhead shower Raindance Rainfall
at the Grand Design Exhibition last week.
The
invigorating feel of showering under a waterfall is the inspiration behind
the development of the Hansgrohe overhead shower, Raindance Rainfall,
the first horizontal, multifunctional shower panel in the world with torrent
spray mode - a totally new archetype for head showers.
Mounted
flush against the wall without the fixing arm typical of conventional
head showers, the extremely flat, rectangular panel projects into the
space, captivating with its elegantly slim form and subdued styling.
With three different spray modes that can be conveniently adjusted on
the corresponding wall fittings, the Raindance Rainfall simultaneously
creates a completely new way to shower.
Raindance Rainfall truly stands for the enjoyment of water in its most
natural forms. This is ensured primarily by the 170mm-wide concentrated
torrent spray 'Rain Splash' gushing out of the showerhead like a deluge
in the great outdoors, pouring down copious amounts of water over the
showerer.
The voluminous aerated 'Rain AIR' rainfall also flows generously from
the 240mm spray disc from the front section of the shower. The large distance
from the wall guarantees ample freedom of movement, allowing the downpour
effect to be savoured to the fullest.

The four powerful rotating 'Rain Whirl' massage sprays, which automatically
swivel forward when turned on, massaging the body over a broad area like
a powerful downpour, are also impressive. When the spray mode is changed
or the shower turned off, the nozzles swing back into their original position
with the same precision, becoming practically invisible inside the even
surface of the shower.
Another innovation - the Hansgrohe ibox universal installation unit -
serves to fasten the Raindance Rainfall to the wall. Concealed behind
an elegant geometric rosette, it gathers in the three incoming water pipes
and at the same time distributes the water from the supply lines to the
shower's three fixtures that use it.
As an option, Raindance Rainfall is also available with a discreet ambience
lighting fixture whose pleasantly warm light is reflected in the water,
imparting additional atmosphere to the bathroom.
