The new drying cabinet from Maytag provides the perfect solution for all
your drying and airing needs. It is the first drying cabinet of its kind
on the market and offers a modern version of the airing cupboard with
the additional benefit of an equivalent of 16 metres of clothes line.
The
new Maytag Drying Cabinet is a multi-functional, freestanding unit, which
is perfect for drying anything from expensive shirts, to Wellington boots,
gloves and even the umbrella! This flexible and versatile drying space
comes in either white or stainless steel and can be installed anywhere
in the home. It is fitted with sliding racks and multiple prongs and hangers
to offer a flexible and versatile drying area. Three gentle heat settings
with a four-hour timer will dry 3.5 - 4kgs of clothes in a couple of hours.
The labour-saving drying cabinet also reduces ironing as heated air flows
around hanging garments, allowing creases to drop out. It can be installed

machine and tumble dryer and can also be vented outside.

struggle to find drying space around the house the new Drying Cabinet
has to be the solution to those washday blues.'
'Many of us make do with a clothes horse when drying clothes indoors but
even these can look unsightly round the home and you still have to find
somewhere to put them.'
He added: 'None of us would be without our tumble dryers but most of us
have quite a substantial amount of washing that can't go in the tumble
dryer because it will either lose its shape or shrink or is just inappropriate.
With the advent of the modern, wall-mounted boiler, many homes no longer
have airing cupboards, which were so useful for drying off damp towels
and other items. The new Maytag Drying Cupboard is the modern equivalent.

The approximate retail price of the Maytag Drying cabinet, MDE1100ARS/AEW
is around £499-529 for the white version and £599-629 for
stainless steel.
