Ideal Bathrooms - Leading the Way

Ideal Bathrooms, the UK's largest specialist distributor of bathroom products, has restructured its senior management team in line with the company's plans for future development.

The company has an impressive record of dynamic growth and introducing the new management structure will ensure it accelerates its progressive approach to the future.

Joining the board are Kim Kirby and Danielle Lillis. Kim is promoted to Operations Director after 17 years with Ideal Bathrooms. She will be responsible for the company's logistics operation, purchasing and internal sales team and has already taken up her new role.

Danielle Lillis has joined Ideal Bathrooms as Commercial Director from Showerlux UK where she held the positions of Marketing Manager, St Gobain National Account Manager and National Field Sales Manager. Starting in January, Danielle has targets to continue the development of Ideal Bathroom's brand strategy within the retail channel, developing new products in key sectors and working closely with Managing Director Martin Carroll on driving the business forward.
