Ripples Intent on Making More Waves

Ripples, the award winning bathroom retailer, has expanded its head office management team in-line with the company’s rapid growth and plans for five further showrooms during 2008.

Roger Kyme, founder and owner still heads the company as Chief Executive supported by his wife Sandra as Company Secretary and Paul Crow who has recently been promoted to Managing Director after ten years working alongside him. Two new appointments have been made with Juliet Harris now responsible for all marketing as Brand Manager with assistance from Nicola Crow, who has over ten years experience running the Ripples showroom in Bath. Sarah Francombe has been recruited as Financial Controller and brings with her a wealth of experience from previous roles with Orange communication and E3 Media.

Roger Kyme says ‘I have always believed the key to any good business is good staff and with the right team in place at head office we can provide our existing franchisees with even more support in the running of the business whilst still ensuring we develop our showrooms in new areas such as Yorkshire, Scotland, the North West and home counties.

‘Ripples has received more than 39 industry awards in their 20 years of trading and have in place plans to open five further showrooms in 2008’.
