Geberit Launches New Products at KBB

Geberit, the manufacturer of sanitary, supply and drainage systems, will be launching a range of new products at KBB 2008, including the Duofix UP320 WC cistern and Sigma flushplates, to meet the increasing demand for innovative wall-hung sanitary solutions.

Visitors to stand B42 will be the first to see the new UP320 and the improved Duofix WC, washbasin, bidet and urinal frames. For ease of use the tool free UP320 cistern, fitted into a Duofix WC frame, comes pre-assembled with the protection housing simply snapping onto the cistern. The mounting frames use simple turn/click technology which reduces the time taken to install and results in cost savings for the installer.

All Geberit Duofix frames are concealed behind the bathroom wall; hiding pipework in order to maintain a sleek, modern look. Visitors to Geberit's stand will be able to see just how easy the Duofix range is to install with live demonstrations and 'race against the clock' installation competitions.

Also on display will be Geberit's new Sigma flushplate range including the Sigma50. The Sigma50 allows customers to have a bespoke flushplate which perfectly complements the design scheme for their bathroom.

This model can be fashioned to any design using the customer's choice of material. The sleek rectangular dual flush Sigma50 also comes with glass and plastic covers, including white glass and green satined glass.

Also in the new Sigma range is the single flush Sigma10 and the dual flush Sigma20. With circular flush actuators these flushplates are available in six different colour combinations, with the frame, ring and button available in a selection of colours including white, black, gold and two different chrome finishes.

Other products on display include Geberit's infra-red taps including the HyTronic85 and 86, the wall mounted HyTronic87 and 88 and a fully operational Balena 8000 shower toilet. With its minimalist and elegant design, the Balena 8000 blends perfectly with contemporary bathroom styles. Features include a warm, gentle spray, dry air function and an air purification system.
