Roca has purchased commercial premises
comprising 11,917 sq ft (1,107 sq m) at Imperial Wharf, the award-winning
new mixed used development, for the company's new international flagship
showroom which will exhibit a range of high-quality products.

On
the north bank of the River Thames, adjacent to Chelsea Harbour, Imperial
Wharf is one of Londons premier riverside locations. A host of fine
shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, including the newly opened
Marks & Spencer Simply Food. The development also incorporates the
popular Youngs Waterside bar and restaurant along with fine restaurants,
Saran Rom, Yi-Ban, Deep, Memories of India on the River and Wimbledon
Wine Cellar to tempt the palate.
Ross Faragher, Managing Director of St George Central London comments,
'The addition of Roca to Imperial Wharf adds a further dynamic to the
mix of commercial space already present at the development. Rocas
talent for quality design and innovation will only add to the growing
number of prestige occupiers currently trading within Imperial Wharf.'
Additional amenities include a 385m walkway along the River Thames, Jurys
Inn Chelsea Hotel, Gambado, the family indoor play centre, and Bright
Horizons childcare and education centre.
Miguel Angel Munar, Senior Managing Director of Roca, comments 'Roca has
chosen London and particularly Imperial Wharf as the best possible location
for its international flagship showroom. It will be the ideal place to
showcase Roca´s forward thinking in bathroom space and design. This
showroom will enable Roca to exhibit its most innovative products and
prototypes, host premier key international product launches and we would
like it to be regarded as a central hub which attracts designers and architects.
We intend providing visitors with a stimulating experience to enable them
to discover more about the Roca brand and its products.'
