First News from THE Conference 2008

TV presenter and comedian Nick Hancock has been announced as guest host of THE Conference, which is taking place this year in Tenerife, 26-29 June.

A Stoke City supporter, keen angler and the son of a builder, Nick is probably best known for hosting popular TV shows such as Room 101 in which celebrity guests nominate their pet hates for consignment to oblivion, and sports quiz They Think It’s All Over.

BMF manager director and co-organiser of the THE Conference, Chris Pateman comments 'We’re delighted to have Nick on board to facilitate proceedings at THE Conference this June.  This event has grown enormously since the first conference in 2005, and 2008 is set to be bigger and better than ever.
