Announces Direct Home Delivery
ATAG
UK has announced the introduction of its Direct Home Delivery service
with immediate effect.
The new service is offered on ATAG's large appliances such as the company's
range cookers, American-style refrigeration and extractor hoods that are
over 1000mm wide.

The
standard service not only includes delivery to a consumer's home it encompasses
unboxing and removal of packaging, positioning of the appliance, connection
to appropriate services* and commissioning. ATAG also offers a Magna Delivery,
a luxury level of direct home delivery for its American-style refrigeration
appliances that includes a pre-delivery full on-site survey, for complete
peace of mind.
Ellis Bardsley, Business Development Director explains: The implementation
of a Direct Home Delivery Service for ATAG UK ramps up our service offering
for the kitchen specialist. So often the complexities of handling and
delivering particularly large appliances can take untold amounts of the
specialist's time and we want them to do what they do best, rather than
have to worry about delivering outsized appliances.
ATAG UK is totally focused on meeting and exceeding the Kitchen Specialist's
needs. The new home delivery service is in addition to an array of competitive
initiatives including a rigid Internet policy, a 5-year parts and labour
guarantee (on the purchase of four or more products), and because of the
company's specialist distribution policy this creates strong trading margins
for the retailer.
