Mark Wilkinson Wins UK Award for Customer Service

Mark Wilikinson is seen as one of the finest designers in the kitchen industry, but the success of his enterprise is not down to design skills alone as the company illustrated when it won the UK award for Best Customer Service at the Kitchen & Bathroom Industry Awards, held at the Birmingham Hilton Hotel on March 3rd. Mark Wilkinson Furniture's sales director Richard Jackson received the Award in front of 1,000 of his fellow kitchen retailers and designers - with Mark & Cynthia Wilkinson in the audience.

Mark says; ‘as well as creating beautiful design, any designer's success depends on their ability to sell their concepts. In the kitchen field, my colleagues and I have focussed on quality of construction and on providing excellent service. I am delighted that we have been presented with this particular Award, because it proves that our Customer Care process and our training is spot on.’
