Roca UK, one of the leading manufacturers and designers of bathroom products, has exchanged its traditional employee leave and absence management system for a more efficient online alternative. Switching from a paper based system to e-days has allowed Roca UK’s 60 members of staff to request holiday and report absences quickly and easily, whilst managers are able to access all the information they need with speed and accuracy.

By eliminating the need for a complex person to person approval system, e-days allows a faster turn round and greater accuracy in holiday and training allocation. Based on industry demands the online booking system uses a series of automatic and person based checks to ensure that absence and holiday requests conform with the company’s needs, whilst reducing administration time.
