Alan Coxon Launches New Kitchens Showroom in St Albans

This month Alan Coxon, TV chef/presenter and creator of the Historic Food Ranges, launched the new Pure Kitchens showroom in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Coxon, who is currently introducing his new range of Historic Vinaigres, including his 15th Century mediaeval English Ale-Gar, Ancient Greek Vinaigre and Roman Vinaigre, was pleased to help with the Pure Kitchens launch:

‘I was greatly impressed by the close attention to detail in the kitchen's design and layout - it was very easy to prepare and cook my chosen dishes. It was a pleasure to cook for Pure Kitchens and a real treat to use my Roman Vinaigre in what was once the second largest Roman town in Britain.’

This is the second time Alan has worked with Pure Kitchens, the first being at the ‘Taste of Normandy’ event at the French Ambassador's residence in Kensington last year.

Andrew Woodbridge, Managing Director of Pure Kitchens, is very pleased Alan was able to perform a live cooking demonstration at his launch party:

‘Having worked with Alan last year at the party at the French Ambassador's residence I knew he was the perfect chef to help launch Pure Kitchens. His infectious personality and immense culinary knowledge made the launch the success it was.’

Wowing guests with a selection of dishes such as Open Ravioli with Smoked Ricotta, Parmesan Tuiles and Chocolate Coffee Pots with Ginger Shards, Coxon demonstrated why he is numbered in the top 10 BBC chefs worldwide.
