Showerlux Steps into Assisted Bathing Market

Showerlux UK, known for manufacturing stylish and contemporary bathroom products, has launched Easi Care - a new range that the company says is set to create a stir in the assisted bathing market. Initially, the Easi Care range comprises a shower enclosure and a step-in bath, called 'Bellavita'.

Specifically designed to provide a stylish and practical answer for bathing difficulties, such as the elderly, young, or less able, Showerlux's Easi Care range will look at home in even the most modern of bathrooms.

Available in twin pivot or bi-fold doors, the Easi Care enclosure features a split door as standard enabling central wheelchair access if required and has the added benefit of being able to lock the top door to the bottom so it appears like a conventional unit. The enclosure, brings contemporary styling to the assisted bathing market, helping to protect consumers independence and dignity.

Developed for those with limited upper body strength or who fear getting in and out of a normal bath, the curvaceous design of the Bellavita bath cleverly incorporates a power-assisted door allowing the bather to simply step in rather than climb in prior to filling. Double moulded for added strength the product has standard dimensions, making it an easy replacement option.
