Smeg logistics drives an in-depth and multifunctional operations system whereby customers are provided with the maximum level of quality service. The company manages a total of 20 trucks throughout the UK and with environmental considerations at the forefront of all decisions, vehicles are replaced every third year. Smeg's 80,000 square foot warehouse provides sufficient space to hold 8-12 weeks stock at any one time, resulting in an impressive stock availability rate of 98%.

All vehicles are tracked via a GPS device which allows control of the day-day operations of logistics more effectively, enabling the allocation of accurate arrival times and increased customer satisfaction.
