This De Dietrich wall mounted designer hood is designed to act as a showpiece above a 90cm hob and is sleek and sophisticated in its minimalism. Featuring touch controls situated behind the central panel, there are four speeds and a maximum power level of 900m3/h with a minimum noise level of 41dB(A). The real highlight of this hood is displayed when it is lit, and the two hidden halogen lights create a smart glow from behind the central section.
Silence
Inside 2 – exclusive to De Dietrich:This model features the Silence Inside2 Trademark, which means it is super quiet because of its specially devised insulated motors, which are mounted on shock absorbers. This provides the lowest sound levels as determined by the design and maximum airflow of the hood.
Metal grease filters:
All De Dietrich grease filters are stainless steel and contain a special mesh which captures and locks away grease from cooking fumes. Once saturated, they can be easily removed and placed in a dishwasher, thus requiring the minimum effort to keep clean.
Saturation Filter Indicator:
A warning light will indicate when the filter is saturated and requires cleaning in order for the hood to be restored to full efficiency.
Carbon filters:
Carbon filters are for use in re-circulation (recycling) mode. They remove fumes and grease by recycling the ambient air through carbon particles contained in the cartridge filters which need replacing periodically. In extraction mode, the filters are not required and need to be removed for full impact.
Halogen lights:
This is a bright white natural looking light acts to illuminate the surrounding area in a powerful and well diffused style and makes a feature of the kitchen at night, when main lighting may not be required.
Delayed stop:
This useful mechanism means that the hood will continue to operate, even after it has been switched off, for five, ten of fifteen minutes according to the level of extraction required. This allows the user to enjoy their meal while the hood removes the last fumes from the kitchen.
