Team UKI's Steam Generator Iron (SG 3C) has a 0.8-litre pressurised boiler in which water is heated to create steam. The boiler is automatically regulated for both temperature and pressure for safety and ease of use, and the pressure cap also has an over pressure release valve and a safety lock that prevents accidental opening of the cap when in use, for extra safety. The steam flow is controlled electronically, with a choice of either occasional or continual steam at a powerful rate of up to 60 g/min, making ironing much more efficient. With a stainless steel soleplate the iron is lightweight and easy to use with a handy lock-on steam trigger, a long power cord for flexibility and ready-to-use/heat-up time of around 6 minutes.
