Roman Plants the Seeds of Growth

Roman continues to grow with the appointment of Steven Pape as Tray Plant Manager at the company's shower tray manufacturing facility in Country Durham.

Steven, 26, holds a MSc (Hons) in Advanced Manufacturing Systems and BEng (Hons) in Computer Aided Design Engineering. He will head a team of seven in the production of Roman’s award winning low level trays.

Steven brings to the role a wealth of experience in manufacturing and design from previous employment with APL Technologies Ltd and Mitco Ltd.
