FIRA Customer Care Service Expands Irish Coverage

Service Technicians, the customer care division of FIRA [Furniture Industry Research Association], has extended its representation in the Irish Republic to complement full coverage in the UK.

The service handles customers' furniture complaints for over 50 clients, including some of the biggest names in the industry. Around 60 fully trained technicians operate in the UK and Ireland, visiting customers in their homes and investigating, validating and repairing all types of furniture, leaving clients free to concentrate on their core business.

Irish coverage now includes the southern counties of Kerry, Cork, Limerick and Waterford, together with Dublin, with further areas to be included in due course.

The Service Technicians division developed from FIRA's relationship with a household name retailer over a decade ago, and has quickly become the market leader in customer care for the furniture industry.
