Maytag UK Appoints New Distributor for Ireland

Maytag UK has announced the appointment of C&F Quadrant to handle the distribution and service of Maytag UK's brands throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland with immediate effect.

The new partnership with C&F Quadrant has been established to promote both retail and service for all four of the company's brands, Admiral, Maytag, Amana and KitchenAid.

Julie Blaylock, Sales Director, Maytag UK explains: ‘C&F Quadrant has been trading successfully with Maytag UK for many successful years, principally looking after our Maytag and Admiral brands. Last year the company launched KitchenAid in Ireland to astounding success. Now the company takes on the Amana brand too, completing the family of brands. We firmly believe there are buoyant opportunities for expansion in Ireland and C&F Quadrant is the ideal partner to support the Irish market place.’

Syl Cotter, Sales Manager for C&F Quadrant says of the appointment: ‘We have always held Maytag UK brands in the highest esteem and have been very successful with them to date. We took on KitchenAid last year and it really has struck a cord with everyone here. The KAL Group and its associated companies previously handled the Amana brand for Maytag UK in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Maytag UK thanks the group for its tremendous efforts over the years' and wishes the group much success in the future.
