BCG Big Tour a Big Hit with Suppliers and Customers

Bathroom, kitchen and heating distributor BCG is receiving rave reviews from suppliers and customers alike, following the launch of the 2008 Big Tour.

Pauline Lillywhite, Channel Training Manager for Indesit Company, said: 'We committed to the Big Tour last year and we are delighted that we made the investment to commit to it again this year. The build up has been first class and the venues have not disappointed. BCG's Big Tour is one of the few national opportunities to meet customers and show off new product in a relaxed environment. Visitor flows have been good and we will be looking to make sure we have a presence next year as well.'

Sue Willoughby of Inline Kitchens Limited of Pontefract, said: 'We have a great relationship with BCG which is built on trust and the company's ability to deliver. BCG is one of the best distributors we deal with, as it understands the need to deliver next day and on time, and doesn't let us or our customers down. The Big Tour has been extremely relaxed and friendly, and the format was perfect for us; the flexiblility of the schedule allowed us to work around our other commitments and we are coming away with a lot of great new ideas that we hope to incorporate into our showroom as soon as possible.'

The Big Tour brought together over 23 of the bathroom and kitchen industry's biggest names, starting with Bolton's Reebok Stadium on 2nd September, followed by Elland Road in Leeds, the Ricoh Stadium in Coventry, Bristol's Ashton Gate, Twickenham Rugby Stadium, St Mary's Stadium in Southampton, and Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.

The free trade show brought with it new products, the opportunity to meet suppliers easily and informally and exclusive show offers, along with more fun aspects - like free stadium tours and the chance to win prizes such as signed sports memorabilia.
