James Latham Celebrates Dudley Opening

The UK's leading timber and panel products distributor, James Latham Dudley, is celebrating its recent relocation to Yorks Park.

Previously based a short distance away at Blackbrook Valley Business Park, the team welcomed the move to the 35,194 sq ft unit and began trading from there on September 1st.

Richard Mundye, Branch Manager, commented: ‘We were immediately impressed by the quality of accommodation and location at Yorks Park and felt it was the ideal site to relocate to and it meant that we only had to move half a mile from our existing facility. The estate suits our needs as a West Midlands distribution hub and will assist us greatly with our future expansion requirements. The warehouse and yard facilities are superb and have helped us to improve order selection times and speed up the process for collecting customers.’

To celebrate the relocation, the Dudley team held a party for staff and customers at the Black Country Living Museum on 20th September. Richard concluded: ‘We are all looking forward to letting our hair down and making it a night to remember. It is important that we mark this triumphant event for the company - and it's a great way to say thank you to all our staff and key customers who have supported us on our journey.’
