RIBA Recognition for William Ball's Latest Project

William Ball certainly has plenty to celebrate following the recognition of one of its most recent projects by RIBA. The Unity Project in Liverpool, in which William Ball supplied its Bianca kitchen range to all 161 residential apartments, has received the prestigious RIBA National Award.

With its distinct and striking design the 27 storey, twin-tower development by Laing O'Rouke and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Architects enjoys impressive views of the Mersey and the Wirrel beyond. Comprising 161 one and two-bedroom apartments and luxurious three-bedroom penthouse suites, the development combines the excitement of city centre living whilst retaining the peace and tranquillity of home.

The sleek and stylish white high gloss finish of William Ball's Bianca range perfectly complements the contemporary living available at the Unity Project, with contrasting carcases and end panels in warm walnut helping to attract young professionals wanting an exclusive apartment in this up-and-coming city.

RIBA Awards are given for buildings that have high architectural standards and make a substantial contribution to the local environment.
