Avilion
Helps John Lewis Stay on Form
A group of John Lewis store partners visited
Avilion's premises in Rainham, Essex last week. Led by UK Sales Manager,
Haydn Wood, the kitchen department sales assistants were given a tour
of the factory facilities as well as product training on the quality Perrin
& Rowe taps range. The visit was part of a wider programme of John
Lewis initiatives intended to help staff maintain the excellence in customer
service that has become synonymous with the leading UK retailer.
Haydn
comments:
We were delighted to welcome the John Lewis visitors to Avilion
last week - not least because of the company's respected position in the
retail sector. It is vitally important that we ensure our consumers understand
the points of difference between Perrin & Rowe products and other
brassware.
Haydn
continues:
The quality, durability and attention to detail guaranteed in our
products is among the best in the sector and we are proud to be one of
the remaining manufacturers in the industry to control 100% of the production
processes from our UK factories. Offering training support to John Lewis
staff, as we did this week, is a great way of ensuring these key messages
are passed on to the consumer.
Matt Thomas, Buyer, Fitted Kitchens, John Lewis, adds:
Our Partners are recognised and recommended for their knowledgeable,
helpful approach to customers. To ensure we maintain this excellent service,
we carry out an ongoing programme of training which often involves hands
on factory visits or new product seminars.
John Lewis stores offer a range of Perrin & Rowe products that include
the Oberon, Phoenecian and Etruscan.
