New Contact Numbers for BSH Home Appliances

The Customer Service Division of kitchen appliance manufacturer BSH Home Appliances has introduced a set of new direct contact numbers for the servicing of its Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau brands.

Each of the four BSH brands has individual brand-specific phone numbers for booking an engineer's visit to a customer's home and product advice (pre and post sales).

There is also a new number for spare parts ordering. These direct lines will ensure fast direct access to the service required. In addition, there are separate lines specifically for dealers to obtain expert technical advice direct from BSH on any of the four brands: namely Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau.

All the details have been amalgamated into a concise fold out leaflet produced by BSH for use by dealer showroom staff. Entitled: ‘Handling our customers with care’, the leaflet incorporates a handy reference section to tear out and pin on the notice board in the showroom office; all the phone numbers on the chart are colour coded in a very clear, easy-to-follow format.

Also included in the leaflet are details of how BSH provides dealers with an outstanding repair service for end customers. A graphic diagram illustrates how the customer service division handles the process from the initial phone call, right through to the completion of the repair. The contact details of all Area Service Managers supervising the directly employed engineers are given for reference.
