Countdown
to 100% Design
Summer is hardly over (did it ever
get started?) and the next round of UK exhibitions and events is already
upon us. First up is 100% Design, which kicks off in less than
a fortnight and features a host of zeitgeist rich seminars as
well as stand displays from some big names, not least Ideal Standard,
Dornbracht, Grohe, Laufen, Roca, Samuel Heath, SieMatic,
Aestus and Aeon. Perhaps not the turnout from
the Bathroom and Kitchen sectors as in previous years, but still worth
a day out, if just for an overview of UK interior design trends.
Nearer still,
Maytag UK,
is attending the CIH Show at the NEC on 9th and 10th September.
The company will be displaying its latest Maytag European laundry ranges
and the all-new Admiral refrigeration range.
We
have Interbuild to look forward to after that (28th October -
1st November), but I am still attempting to get through the rather impenetrable
press CD so I can't tell you much about that yet.
Finally, we are asked by the BMA to remind people again of the
forthcoming BMA Conference, which the association is understandably
getting quite excited about. See this week's BMA News for details.
PWS has strengthened its external sales team with the
appointment of Chris Whitecross as Northern Regional Sales Manager.
