The fact is, however, that we did not receive a satisfactory answer to this problem, which is why I am flagging it up a bit more prominently this week. Is there really no-one out there looking into this problem or at least scheduling it into their R&D efforts? Some people did suggest installing the appliance at head height, on the worktop, but this would not work in this particular situation.
However,
as our querant points out, she is looking for a genuine solution, not

LG Electronics, Inc. and LG Electronics, U.S.A., lnc., a major Korean
