would have dreamt that an oven could be so stylish? The large, side-hinged
glass doors open over the full height of the appliance, and comprise
toughened glass with stainless steel or aluminium backing. The new LCD
function display, featuring two knobs and sensor buttons for easy operation,
is now integrated into the doors.
A range of ovens, steam ovens and warming drawers to meet the widest
variety of functional and design requirements; available in the classic

Gaggenau,
the pioneer of steam cooking, is now launching a complete steam programme
in all variations, ranging from steam ovens with direct water supply
through to appliances with their own water tanks. All appliances can
be combined with hot air. Also available is a simple steam oven incorporating
a water tank but no hot air.
The new ovens from Gaggenau provide further proof of this pioneering
manufacturer's expertise in translating professional culinary technology
into home kitchen solutions. The full range of heating methods, core
temperature probes, rotisserie spits, baking stones - Gaggenau has it
all. In addition, Gaggenau's ovens have the largest net volume on the
market.
The new premium line of refrigeration appliances - from Gaggenau
Greater choice than ever before is now available to all consumers who
wish to design premium-line food storage solutions according to their
individual needs. A new generation of built-in refrigerators, freezers
and wine storage cabinets is now being launched onto the market. Mix
and match from a wide range of appliances in different sizes to create
your own personalised food storage system.

The
fully integrated appliances are now available in international sizes,
with widths of 45.7 cm, 61 cm or 76.2 cm (18, 24 or 30 inches). All
appliances are 213.4 cm high. They are available with stainless steel
or aluminum doors, or can be integrated into custom kitchen cabinetry.
The wine-storage cabinets have glass doors with stainless steel, aluminum
or wooden frames. The ventilation grids are no longer visible from the
outside.
The new refrigeration appliances offer all the latest features: a high-quality,
hygienic interior stainless steel cladding; the new lighting concept
incorporating spotlights in the ceiling and wide light pillars at the
sides; new design options for the cabinet interior with easily adjustable
glass shelves, with one even motorised.
Solid aluminum door racks; a new air duct inside the door maintains
a constant temperature in the door racks and the refrigerator compartment
itself. The door has a wide opening angle of up to 115°. All drawers
and shelves can be pulled out fully when the door is open to 90°.
The high-quality interior is also a feature of the new Vario freezers.
All appliances come with an integrated ice maker (with direct water
connection), and one appliance also features an ice and water dispenser.
The wine storage and temperature control cabinets have two separately
adjustable temperature zones and fully extendable beech trays with aluminium
profiles. The integrated lighting can be switched on even when the door
is closed.
The series is rounded off by two large combination fridge-freezers,
91.2 cm (36 inches) wide, featuring one or two doors and a generous
freezer drawer.
All new appliances are the quietest in their class and, with energy
efficiency rating A, are particularly economical.
