Franke launches completely revamped, responsive consumer website

Franke has launched a completely revamped consumer website, www.franke.co.uk boasting a faster and easier-to-navigate design that's optimised for mobile phones and tablets to enhance the browsing experience.

The new site includes the full Franke portfolio of sinks, taps, hoods, waste disposal products and the new 'Frames by Franke' collection. It also features inspirational lifestyle imagery and information, comparison and search facilities, advice and tips on how to choose the right products, videos and latest news.

An innovative new 'favourites' function allows users to create, store and email details of their chosen products to family and friends, or to their local More in Store retailer. Products can be filtered by style, material, colour and installation type and technical specifications are available to download.

A new and improved Dealer Locater facility helps users find their nearest showroom, which can be filtered to show Frames or boiling water tap retailers.

Says Jeanette Ward, communications manager at Franke: "We have revamped the website to make it a more inspirational place to visit for consumers, whether they are just looking for a new sink and tap or a complete kitchen system. Adding in new features such as the favourites function all enhances the user experience, which is important to encourage repeat visits."
