Ripples managing director Paul Crow takes on a challenge with a heart
Paul Crow, managing director of award-winning bathroom retailer Ripples, is calling upon the KBB industry to join him on a cycling challenge to raise money for charity, Sanitation First.
"I am on a mission to persuade as many people in the industry as I can, to join me on a challenging but fun bike ride across Europe," he says.
Sanitation First is a world leader in ecological sanitation that since 2005 has transformed the lives of over 537,000 men, women and children through sanitation projects. It has evolved from being a responsive charity that supported global causes and crisis to an organisation that focuses on sanitation and hygiene primarily in India.
"Having worked previously to raise money for the charity Sanitation First I have learnt so much about the shocking impact of poor sanitation on people's lives. In 2015 Ripples raised £15,000 for Sanitation First and with Ripples celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, I felt there was no better time to organise another event, but this time one that is open to the whole of the industry".
The 2018 ride will take place in September.
If you want to join Paul and a team of riders on a bike ride from London to
Paris in September and want to make a difference for Sanitation First, then it's time
to sign up. Head to the KBB4SanitationFirst website at:
