LDL strengthens senior management team

Following the recent management buyout, LDL's managing director Simon Ogden has strengthened his senior management team with the appointment of Simon Noble and Ross Darroch.

Simon Noble joins as operations manager with overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the business. An accomplished and driven leader with over 12 years' people management and leadership experience in the KBB industry, Simon is passionate about delivering solutions that increase business value through continued efficiencies.

Joining LDL as financial controller, Ross Darroch is a chartered accountant with 10 years' extensive experience across a broad range of industry sectors. At LDL, Ross will oversee company accounts and investments, create monthly and annual financial reports, and supervise the financial team.
