Kaldewei announces new UK distribution agreement

With effect from next Wednesday, 1st June, Cooper Callas, one of the UK's largest independent kitchen and bathroom distributors, will become the latest partner to join forces with Kaldewei as part of its nationwide distribution strategy.

Kaldewei already works with four leading distributor - including Robert Lee, who are each able to uphold the exacting standards expected of a prestigious brand and deliver excellent levels of customer service. Established in 1875, Cooper Callas has an exemplary track record and with distribution centres in Newton Abbot, Bicester, Leeds and Glasgow, offers fast delivery times to over 95% of the UK population. Already representing many of Europe's leading quality bathroom manufacturers, Cooper Callas offers Kaldewei a strong brand fit.

The new partnership underlines a continuation of the Kaldewei UK strategy to improve customer service, reduce delivery lead times and ensure that consumers have minimal distances to travel in order to view and buy from Kaldewei's design-led portfolio of over 300 baths and shower trays crafted from beautiful and durable 3.5mm steel enamel.

Kaldewei distributors are provided with professional marketing support from the head office team in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, along with friendly and effective after-sales service which is channel-focussed to ensure the specific needs of different customer groups, including distributors, are understood and met.
