Aquadi launch to retail customers hailed 'huge success'

* Symphony-Aquadi-Launch-main.jpgFitted furniture manufacturer Symphony, has formally launched its biggest ever investment in bathroom products to KBB retailers, with a series of customer events held at its 18,000 sq ft state-of-the-art marketing suite in Barnsley last month.

The new bathroom collection won much praise from the 180 customers that attended the launch events in October, generating immediate orders and confirming the company's place as a leading player in the bathroom market.

Aquadi's extensive range of new products, including accessories and sanitaryware, were unveiled to an audience of national and local retailers, some of whom had been involved in the range's development last year by providing valuable feedback on what the market required.

* Symphony-Aquadi-Launch.jpg"We've been supplying bathrooms since 1995, so after completing a detailed evaluation of our existing product range, units, accessories, market trends and pricing, we wanted direct customer feedback on what it was they were ultimately looking for in a bathroom range,"says Simon Collyns, marketing director at Symphony.

"From this Aquadi was born, and we were thrilled with the reaction to the range at the launch events. It's been overwhelmingly positive so far and we're confident this will continue."

Andy Elden, of Andy Elden Design, has been a customer with Symphony for 12 years and says of Aquadi: "The range represents the modern designer bathroom, combining both modular and fitted units. Aquadi is a concept that's workable and affordable - we've already put our orders in."

Andrew Baxter from Hardleys, another long standing Symphony customer, explains: "The new modernised range works really well, and will be stunning as the lead display in our showroom. The gloss cabinets are also a huge plus, as is the new smaller plinth."

Maxine Gore of Grafton Merchanting adds: "The investment that has been put into Aquadi give us real confidence at this time. Such a complete offering by a bathroom supplier makes it easier for us to win orders."
