Bushboard opens new showroom & training centre at Wellingborough head office & factory
Bushboard has opened a brand new showroom and training centre dedicated to its worktop brands at the company's factory and head office at Wellingborough. The new facilities are aimed at retailers, installers and the company's distribution partners.
The company's existing 1,200 sq ft showroom has undergone a complete revamp to showcase the scope and innovation of its worktop portfolio which includes the laminate brands of Omega, Odyssey and Prima; Encore solid surfacing and the latest addition of M-Stone quartz being launched this year.
Rich with design ideas and product solutions, the spacious showroom has been bespoke designed by North-East based agency The Connection, to reflect the company's pride in being the UK's largest dedicated worktop manufacturer embodying product quality, design innovation and service.
Says Stuart White, managing director:
"Made in Britain is an increasing theme at the moment, signifying quality and craftsmanship. Bushboard combines a long heritage in Wellingborough with a unique position at the ever-evolving vanguard of worksurfaces, bringing new design ideas and fitter-friendly solutions to the market."
Responding to the popularity of its professional training days, the company has also leased a further building next door to provide a larger training centre occupying 3,500 sq ft of space over two floors. The ground floor boasts an impressively laid out workshop complete with equipment, demo areas and practical workstations where installers can benefit from a free training day on how to install the company's Encore solid surfacing and upcoming M-Stone quartz worksurfaces. Upstairs is a large conference room with AV facilities and product displays communicating the aesthetic and installation benefits of Bushboard's distinctive approach to worksurfaces.
The showroom and training centre are open Monday to Friday 09.30am to 17.00 to visitors. The company offers a regular training programme covering laminates, solid surfacing and quartz worksurfaces free of charge. The Customer Service team can advise dates and reserve places.
