A Mereway phenomenon... proudly 'Made in Britain'
One of Britain's best loved kitchen manufacturers, Mereway, has pulled out the stops once again to create an audio visual delight for the kitchen industry; a stirring and patriotic film memorably showcasing British heritage and manufacturing.
The focus of the film is home grown craftsmanship and innovation that's synonymous with both the Mereway brand and particularly its English Revival kitchens.
Accordingly, the clip flicks through a series of iconic Great British elements - from The Beatles to the London Underground, with thought provoking captions, and set to one of the most memorable pieces of true British music 'Pomp And Circumstance'. The film culminates with short clips of real processes carried out at Mereway's production facility, ending with a simple message - 'proudly made in Britain'.
Unveiled at the recent English Revival Modern Classic launch event, the film was well received by over 100 customers, industry writers and editors who attended.
"Back in 2011 we raised a smile with a video that featured a tank driving over one of our kitchens, demonstrating the strength of our carcass, then in 2012 an atmospheric film featuring a rocking-horse maker that showed the level of detail and craftsmanship in our product. This year we've created another memorable film, with the focus being on British craftsmanship.
"We enjoy making the films, and people are still watching them on YouTube, with over 10,000 views to date and still climbing. Mereway is all about innovation, and our novel marketing activities are fresh, exciting and unique - concepts which get people talking about our business and our products."
