IDS introduces comprehensive new Panel Guide for customers
Nationwide surface materials distributor IDS has produced a comprehensive new Panel Guide for customers.
The 20 page full colour brochure sets outs the company's extensive panel offer in an easy reference format covering all the major brands on offer including Kronoswiss, Kronospan Chirk, Finsa, Kaindl Austria and Thermopal.
The portfolio comprehensively covers MFC, MF MDF, real wood veneered boards, chipboard and MDF and is geared to meeting the broadest spectrum of commercial and furniture manufacturing requirements thanks to its unparalleled choice of sheet sizes, thicknesses and technical grades including moisture resistant and flame retardant boards. IDS stocks in excess of 14,000 tonnes of melamine chipboard and MDF at any one time and has the flexibility to deliver on a on a 24-48 hour basis to any location nationwide from its network of sixteen regional branches.
Drawing on its stockholding and logistics expertise IDS can work in step with manufacturers to feed production lines on a Just in Time basis, offering a smarter choice for manufacturers in terms of procurement, stock and working capital.
The brochure offers an easy reference guide for panel customers to work with, with all information simply and informatively presented by manufacturer, along with photos of the products in application.
Over 60% of IDS's panel offer is available with FSC and PEFC certification, assuring customers that they are purchasing from legal, ethical and sustainable sources. IDS has also held Chain of Custody since 2005 and will provide the relevant certification for any FSC or PEFC purchased.
