Vado team completes Great North Run and raises £3K for charity
A team of 10 from Vado undertook the infamous half marathon, the Great North Run, earlier this month.
All team members completed the gruelling half marathon which is generally considered to be one of the hardest half marathons in the UK. They also managed to raise a brilliant £3000 for Macmillan Cancer Support and The British Heart Foundation
"This is the third year Vado has entered a team into the Great North Run," says a delighted Jim Williams, Vado's Sales Director. "I wanted to beat my personal best of two hours and managed to do it with 17 seconds to spare! It was hard work but well worth it for such a worthwhile cause."
