Carron Phoenix's Deca inset sink oozes practicality and style

* Carron_Phoenix_Deca_150.jpgThe Deca 150 inset sink, first shown at KBB earlier this year, is rapidly establishing itself as a fast mover in Carron Phoenix's sink portfolio, joining its undermount equivalent as a favourite contemporary style sink with retailers, designers and builders.

Key to its popularity is that as an inset sink, it boasts easy installation advantages with joinery skills into a laminate worksurface, yet delivers the crisp modern looks more usually associated with undermounted sinks in solid surface, but at a lower price point to suit customer budgets.

The Deca sink models feature a low profile perimeter which gives a virtually flushmount appearance with the worksurface, combining crisp modern styling with a high specification and practicality.

With a distinctive boxy look, the Deca range offers geometric lines with a 10mm corner radius for ease of cleaning. In keeping with the style, the base of the sink has a flat, yet sloping profile with subtle grooves running inwards to the waste, allowing water to run easily away.

There are three models in the Deca range offering across the board design flexibility... The single bowl Deca 100 measures 360 x 410 x 200; the larger single bowl Deca 105 measures 510 x 410 x 200mm and the Deca 150 one and half bowl (featured) which is available right or left handed. The larger bowl measures 357 x 410 x 200mm, the second bowl 157 x 410 x 200mm and it fits in a 600mm cabinet. Deca sinks are now supplied with the new Revolution waste and overflow kit as standard.

Says Neil Clark, Sales & Marketing director at Carron Phoenix:

"As an undermount and an inset, Deca offers the flexibility to work with a range of worksurface materials and kitchen styles, as well as the consumer's budgets, without them having to compromise on looks."

Deca, like all Carron Phoenix sinks is made from top quality 18/10 stainless steel and is fully fabricated, rather than being a pressed bowl. The sink carries a lifetime guarantee.
