LDL strengthens service to customers with new appointments

Reflecting its emphasis on customer service, LDL Components, the major nationwide distributor of quality fittings to the UK fitted furniture industry, has announced three new appointments to its sales and marketing team.

Based at the company's headquarters in Bath, Kristie Robinson and Fran Hunter have joined the existing sales team. LDL has always prided itself on the service it offers, with in-depth product knowledge and specialist assistance, which often includes first-hand experience of the actual fitting of products. The addition of these members to the team will support the continued expansion of the business, and strengthen the service for customers.

Jo Wotton, who has over 20 years' experience in senior marketing roles, has joined as marketing manager. This is a new position at LDL and will ensure the company continues to offer customers the best possible products and services. Initially, Jo will focus on a new easy-to-use website, promoting the new collection service and managing product launches.

Matthew Lord, founding director of LDL Components, comments: "LDL has grown dramatically over the past few years, now offering over 5,000 products from stock. Our reputation for quality and service is the basis of our success and that's why we have invested in additional key personnel to take LDL to the next level."

Now in its tenth year, LDL Components specialises in quality products for the premium end of the market and is the largest UK distributor offering Blum drawer and hinge components, the sole agent for Peka wirework and the main distributor for Wesco.
