Infrared heating display deal for kitchen and bathroom retailers from Infrarad

* Infrarad-Aug14.jpgInfrarad offers designer space heating, which consumes half the energy required to run conventional radiators, to leading builders' and plumbers' merchants, and kitchen and bathroom retailers.

The company has announced a display deal. For £650 (£1540 at trade list), the bathroom or kitchen retailer can display two Designer glass infrared towel radiators with and without towel warmer options; a 500W and 800W Contract model; a 250W or 350W Curve; and a 1kw Slimline Power Heater.

Peter Ferguson, Infrarad's MD, comments, "We have looked at what the retailer/merchant wants in the way of displays and came up with this package. It is not cast in stone and we can vary it. However, it does give a good cross-section of the product range and, as we know, people like to see and touch what they are buying and this deal covers all options. For such a small investment, the returns could be huge."

The Designer glass radiator towel-warmers are designed for wall-mounting in all bathrooms irrespective of the heating system. They boast built-in controls for independent function and are available with optional towel rails. Two models are available, rated at 500W and 700W, in either black or white glass. In addition, new ranges of standard glass, granite and mirror radiators, with outputs of 400W and above, will be launched for every room in the home.

The Contract range is a collection of five lightweight composite radiators designed for wall- or floor-mounting. Three hard-wired models are available in output ratings of 500W, 800W and 1kW. Panels are available in plain gloss white and plain gloss black, with matching frames, and are designed for a surface temperature of below 90 deg C.

The Curve is an infrared radiator with a convex curved surface. Available in plain gloss black and plain gloss white, this unit comes with rated power outputs of both 250W and 350W. It has a minimm working life of 100,000 hours.

The Slimline Power Heater from Infrarad is an efficient and economical answer to heating commercial and residential buildings. It uses a fraction of the energy of conventional heating and so delivers significantly reduced running costs. These attractive heaters can be installed in domestic areas, hallways and receptions, as well as commercial buildings, offices, churches, schools, gyms, beauty salons and factories - the possibilities are endless.

They are the perfect answer for areas which are extremely hard to heat such as garages and community centres or where heating is required outside such as under a canopy to warm restaurant or cafe seating areas; anywhere with ceilings at least 2.4m high/2.2m clearance from heater.
