Inclusive bathroom design looks set to grow

* ripples.jpgDue to the increasingly ageing society, accessibility is no longer a minority topic; the demand for inclusively designed bathroom products looks set to grow. You can have good design with product that ultimately serves a purpose rather than just 'looking good' to create a great space for all ages.

Well-designed, accessible concepts are becoming increasingly important as a result of this demographic change.

These modular consistently designed solutions can be used by people of every age regardless of their physical capabilities allowing comfort, convenience and accessibility to become inherent features.

"Over the past 12 months we have noticed an increase in the numbers of enquiries from customers wishing to make their showering safer and easier at home," reveals Juliet Harris from Ripples. "Many of these clients are buying for their family members, whilst others are just looking for a little bit of expert advice for themselves!

"They all have one things in common: to have a beautifully designed bathroom, but one which provides the discreet extra support they need without turning their home in to something which resembles a care home.

"We just love showing our clients the sleek designs from one of our expert partners HEWI."
