Towel Warmers Added to Deva Portfolio

Deva is expanding its portfolio with an eight-strong range of towel warmers.

Its introduction meets the increasing demand for fully coordinating brassware products that enables consumers to achieve a complete look.

The offering has been developed by Deva to coordinate with all of its brassware products whilst meeting most styles and size of bathrooms and budgets.

The company's ladder style towel warmers come in both straight and curved designs with white or best selling chrome finishes.

The range also includes two traditionally styled chrome towel radiators - both incorporating tubular lines with ball joints and one with a striking ivory insert -which easily gives any bathroom an air of luxury.

Depending on their finish and size, they can fit into almost any decorative scheme and, as they are wall-mounted, they overcome the issues of limited floor space and can be fitted around existing sanitaryware.

Deva's towel rails should be connected to the central heating system. To provide a decorative source of heat even when the central heating is off, they can also be connected to the domestic hot water cylinder circuit.

They come with various dimensions and heat outputs - from 1369BTU 400Watts to 1495BTU 438Watts - which means there's a model to suit all sizes of bathroom.

And to add those all-important finishing touches, Deva offers a range of matching valve packs. Beautifully engineered, the six-strong range offers models suitable for both in-wall and under floor water supply and each comes with chrome pipes and trim.

As with all Deva products, each towel warmer comes with a five-year guarantee - which includes two years parts and labour followed by three years parts only warranty - and next day delivery.

Prices range from £95.24 to £547.62 RRP excluding VAT and matching valve sets, which are priced at 30.95 excluding VAT.

Myson Gives A New Look and New Products to its Convectors Business

Myson is re-launching its fan convector business with a revamp of its core product range as well as adding some new models.

Following improvements to the popular Myson Kickspace plinth heater in 2006, Myson has decided to enhance its total product offering.

The first change customers have seen as part of the re-launch is that, from September 1st, at no extra cost, a white grille will be included when a Kickspace is purchased.

This is soon to be followed by a series of re-designed wall-mounted products, which will be available from 1st November 2007.

The Hi-Line, Hi-Line Super, Lo-Line and Slimline have all been given sleek, modern new looks, including the new Myson branding. The Hi-Line and Lo-Line products now also come with remote controls, adding convenience for the user.

Myson Convectors has also added a low voltage (12V) version of the Hi-Line to its range, specifically targeted at more economical heating in homes such as social housing stock.
Reacting to the growing customer demand for electric heating products, the company has also developed a new electric Hi-Line model, again with remote control.

Simon Nixon, product manager for Myson Convectors, said: 'This modernisation of our products represents an effective re-launch of Myson Convectors, with a great new look across our range, as well as some directly targeted new models.

'Social housing is an area which will continue to be a growing market for many years to come, thanks to the Government’s targets for 70,000 new affordable homes a year to be built, and there is a greater demand for electric heating products, so we have reacted strongly to these needs with new products.'

Join the Panel, says Purmo

Homeowners now have more choice, thanks to the new panel radiator range from Purmo. No two houses are the same, and with 2500 different size and fitting combinations, Purmo has the perfect solution for every conceivable room type. With the new colour system, there are more than 200 different colours available to enhance and complement any interior.

The classic Compact meets the highest standards for quality and efficiency. The radiator's top and sides cover all piping, creating a seamless and discreet look. The Compact is available in heights of 300, 450, 600, 700 and 900mm, with lengths between 400 - 3000mm.

The Ventil Compact is a variation on the standard Compact model. The M version uses the same integrated pipe system but it is only connected in the middle. This means that only one hole is needed in the wall, the connection is virtually invisible and no pipes get in the way when the floor is cleaned. Heights are 300, 450, 600 and 900mm and lengths range from 400 to 3000mm. For rooms with limited wall space, the Vertical model is the perfect alternative. Heights are 1500, 1800, 1950, 2100 and 2300mm, with lengths of 400, 600 and 750mm.

The Plan and Planora radiators have smooth fronts to create a minimalist, elegant look. The flat front of the Planora is not just for show, it conducts water behind 2mm of steel. The front of the Plan is designed in a slightly different way. A smooth panel is attached to the main radiator body to hide all welding spots. The stylish front hides the integrated pipe system and valve body. The Plan can be connected in the middle, making installation simpler and virtually invisible. Heights are 300, 400, 500, 600 and 900mm, with lengths from 400 - 3000mm.

Purmo supplies 25,000 panel radiators every day to customers in almost 50 countries with a guarantee of ten years on every single one. Purmo's panel radiators are among the most energy efficient on the market. Large convector plates and precision placement of the network of water channels inside means optimal water distribution and heat transmission. This heat output is attained from a remarkably low volume of water, meaning the radiator can respond almost instantly to variations in room air temperature or system internal heat gains. Homeowners can save up to 15% of energy maintaining their ideal indoor climate.
