De Dietrich adds a Splash of Colour to its 100cm Range Cookers DCM5105

De Dietrich has expanded its collection of range cookers and has launched new models in all sizes, offering a wide choice in this vast array of products.

In its popular 100cm models, De Dietrich has also added a splash of colour to its DCM5105 range and cookers are available in stainless steel, anthracite, British racing green and ivory. These appliances have a special embossed De Dietrich name plate and stainless steel lever knobs, which add to the aesthetic. There is also a handy storage compartment beneath the ovens to accommodate all the accessories that come with the cooker.

The five burner hob has integrated ignition and heavyweight cast iron pan supports. It features a triple crown wok burner, a rapid burner, two medium burners and an auxiliary burner for ultimate flexibility when cooking. For safety, if the flame is extinguished for whatever reason; the gas supply will automatically be stopped to prevent any gas leakage.

Both ovens are B rated for energy efficiency and feature triple glazed doors, cooling fans and catalytic liners to absorb fumes and grease when cooking. The 51 litre main oven has seven cooking functions: fan, turbogrill, double grill, single grill, conventional, defrost and base element with fan. D.A.D Launches a New Brand - Heat-King

This winter, UK appliance distributor, D.A.D (Domestic Appliance Distributors) is launching Heat-King.

Heat-King, a sister company to D.A.D's other in-house brand, IceKing, is offering a small, but high quality range of heaters at extremely competitive prices.
The Heat-King range comprises three halogen heaters, two convection heaters, a fan heater, a pair of oil heaters and a microwave.

The modern-looking, floor standing halogen heaters HKH1200 and HKH1201 are both manually operated, whilst the HKH1202 can be manually or remotely-controlled, meaning that the user doesn't even need to leave his or her armchair to adjust it. All three models are 1,200W.

Heat-King is introducing two 2kW oil heaters - the 7-fin HKO27T, and the HKO29T, with 11 fins. Both can be timer operated.

The fan heater, HKF2, is also 2kW.

There are two white and black HeatKing convection heaters - the HKC2000 and the HKC2001. Both are fitted with adjustable thermostats, providing three different heat settings, the maximum output being 2kW. The HKC2001 is a turbo model - it also has a fan inside to promote natural convection currents in the room. In addition to that, it is fitted with a timer as well, to allow precision room temperature control. The timer can be operated as many times as the user likes within a 24-hour period.

There is also a Heat-King microwave in the range - the HKM800M is a 850W model with an internal capacity of 17 litres.

Waterline adds Value to Essentials Range of Appliances

Waterline has expanded the Essentials range of entry point built-in appliances with products that add value to the kitchen sale. There is also a new, retail-style brochure to support the offer. Joining the established cooking, cooling, dishwasher and home laundry Essentials are two new ovens plus coffee maker, warming drawers and wine coolers.

For consumers who want the flexibility of a double oven, Essentials now includes the built-under ES720 and the built-in ES900, which join the range of three single ovens. Whirlpool Launches New 6th Sense 'B' Energy Class Condenser Dryer

Whirlpool says that the new AWZ 8477 6th Sense Condenser dryer with 'B' energy rating is its most efficient dryer yet and has been accredited by the Energy Savings Trust.

Condenser dryers are ideal for flats and apartments as they convert steam to water and collect it in a container so they don't need venting. They can be placed anywhere in your kitchen or utility room.

Whirlpool 6th Sense intelligent sensors automatically detect when the required level of drying has been achieved for super efficient drying whatever the load, so that laundry doesn't suffer from over or under drying.

The extra Large 7kg capacity makes short work of large laundry loads. The extra space helps reduce tangling and creasing and makes ironing easier. The auto anti-crease functionality minimises ironing by periodically tumbling the load after the programme ands to prevent settling and reduce creasing.

De Dietrich Launches Warming Drawers DWD629X and DWD614X

De Dietrich warming drawers are designed to keep prepared dishes warm or to heat up plates and bowls in advance of serving; without taking up space in the oven. Warming drawers are a useful addition to any kitchen and there are two different sizes to choose from.

The large 60 litre DWD629X will hold 40 large dishes, 60 bowls or 120 coffee cups. Alternatively, it will hold up to two 36cm serving dishes. Created to complement other De Dietrich appliances, the stainless steel warming drawer will fit under a 60cm single oven and the two appliances can be installed into a standard double oven cavity.

The 24 litre DWD614X will accommodate 20 large dishes, 30m bowls, 80 small coffee cups or up to two 36cm serving bowls.
