Waterline
Launches XS Bathroom Range
Meeting
demand from consumers who want to update their bathroom with the benefit
of storage but who prefer a freestanding to a fully fitted look, Waterline
has introduced the XS (eXtra Storage) range to the established Bathroom
Fumiture Collection.
Waterline
says that the new offer of furniture, sanitaryware and accessories will
allow the company to increase penetration of the bathroom furniture sector
and provide retailers with additional sales opportunities.
XS vanity units are in 55, 65 and 85 cm widths, available in the best-selling
fascia colours of maple, gloss white and beech with matching framed mirrors.
Units are supplied rigid for fast, easy on-site installation and ready
to accept the new, sculpted Slab-top white ceramic basins in corresponding
sizes, available with a monobloc mixer tap.

Decorlux,

The
Lorenza range of sanitaryware from Witham-based Adminex
Oasis offers middle level wash basins and WC pans that combine
style and quality but at a cost effective price to protect the margins
of distributors, merchants and showrooms.
The
range incorporates all the items of sanitaryware demanded for the home
that has a cloakroom, main bathroom and en-suite facilities.
Sanitaryware in the Lorenza range supplied by Adminex Oasis includes three
sizes of washbasin from 470mm for downstairs cloakrooms or secondary toilets

2004 saw the launch of Ceramica Dolomite,
a new brand which the company says is committed to providing the retail
channel with the kind of design and quality at realistic prices that the
mainstream UK bathroom consumer desires.
Ceramica Dolomite is the result of a collaboration of the ltalian Dolomite
brand and British based Qualitas with some key product additions. Retail

The new suite will have appeal to the over the counter replacement, maintenance
and refurbishment markets; while simultaneously appealing to specifiers
developing affordable housing for key workers as well as the emerging
POD sector, such as that from Gateway and Portakabin.
A complete sanitaryware collection - in white - for compact environments,
Galerie Optimise is precision engineered to deliver a good clean fit between
pieces, obviating gaps and spaces. Furthermore, Galerie Optimise also
features elements from Total lnstall - Twyford's system that ensures high
quality professional installations with greater ease and speed of fixing.
The Galerie Optimise range is versatile and will offer a solution for
the vast majority of applications. There are two WC pans, a standard close
coupled horizontal outlet - allied to either a standard, but compact,
cistern or a corner cistern; both of which are dual flush; or a short
projection wall hung pan.
The Close Coupled WC pans bring a pivot feature design to the small bathroom:
prior to fixing the pans can be moved by 30° - 150°
left or right - either side of the cistern. This allows for comfortable
clearance of wall hung 'obstructions', such as radiators or towel rails,
adjacent to the WC suite and allows for far greater flexibility in WC
siting.
The WCs also feature Total Install. Cisterns are pre-fitted with valves
and fittings - thus saving time; plus a John Guest Speedfit push-fit connector
for copper or plastic pipe, guaranteeing a watertight seal without the
need for cross-threading or extra parts. Cisterns connect to pans with
an inclusive cistern-to-pan bolt kit, comprising fast-fix screws and a
specially supplied tool. A tiling gasket allows for post-installation
tiling without the need to remove the cistern.
Six basins in different styles are available: a 535x260mm washbasin, a
580x380mm short projection basin; two shelf style corner basins (550x550mm
and 400x400mm respectively); and two stylish and practical right or left-handed
offset basins of 550x460mm. By offsetting the basin, which have a strong
aesthetic in their own right; Twyford gives users more 'elbow room' when
washing in confined corners.
Pedestals are available as full and semi-pedestal. The full pedestal has
the Total lnstall feature which allows clearance for the installation
of a HepV0-type in-line waste, removing the risk of misalignment and leaks
when plumbed to a floor outlet. This is of particular help in cloakroom
applications. A positioning template aids fast and accurate positioning
for optimum basin-to-pedestal fit.
The WC and basin suites are completed by the Galerie Optimise Offset and
tapered baths that allow for both bathing and showering space in irregular
bathroom sizes. The baths are available either right- or left-hand offset;
1600x450/1000mm or 1500x700/800mm. Showering is made integral by a dedicated
bath screen (available as an optional extra), and the whole is accessorised
by a Galerie Optimise offset bath panel.

Neo-Angle
Showers
Neo-angle showers are a suitable solution for homeowners with smaller

The architectural style of the Memoirs Suite makes its way to the shower

shower receptor and walls can be coordinated with both the Stately and

Expanding the collection of Kohler 1-piece Comfort Height toilets is the
new Devonshire toilet. Like its 2-piece counterpart, the Devonshire Comfort
Height 1-piece toilet features the traditional rolled-rim design of the
classically designed suite. One-piece toilets integrate the tank and bowl
into a seamless, space-saving design that is easy to clean. Additionally,

Delivering 3.5-gallon-per-flush performance in a 1.6 gallon toilet, the
new Kathryn and Devonshire toilets both feature the Kohler Ingenium™
flushing system – a gravity-fed, siphon-jet system with all internal
components designed to operate concurrently to make the most efficient
use of 1.6 gallons of water. The result is a quiet, controlled flush that
minimises noise and splash while the sustained swirling motion of water
rinses the bowl clean. A fully glazed, computer-designed two-inch trapway
and siphon jetted bowl resist plugging.
Both toilets come equipped with Comfort Height seating – a comfortable,
17 inch chair-height seating for people of all ages and statures –
making sitting down and standing up easier. Toilets equipped with Comfort
Height seating will comply with the height requirements of the Americans
with Disabilities Act.
Undercounter Lavatories
The Devonshire and Memoirs suites and the Leighton ensemble each add
undercounter lavatories to their product lines. Undercounter lavatories
offer a streamlined appearance yet the decorative detailing within the
basin provides great design value to enable the lavatory to stand on its
own or coordinate with other fixtures in the bathroom. The new lavatories
allow consumers to further customise their bath environment with a granite,
marble, tile, stone or laminate top of their choosing. The addition of
an undercounter lavatory to the pedestal, self-rimming and wall-mount
models already existing within these suites and the ensemble increases
the fixture options customers have available to them when designing their
bathroom.
The Leighton undercounter lavatory captures the elements of the early
Georgian period and 1930s design with its long, fluid lines and subtle
curves. Its generous, elliptical basin measures 20- by 15-inches and features
a front overflow. The Leighton undercounter lavatory is available in 17
Kohler colours.
The Devonshire undercounter lavatory features a front overflow and is
available in 15 Kohler colours. The lavatory measures 18- by 14-inches
and has decorative curves along the upper edge of the lavatory basin that
echo the Old World architectural lines that are signature to the Devonshire
Suite.
Lastly the Memoirs Suite adds a roomy 18- by 15-inch undercounter lavatory
that shares the rectangular shape of the suite’s coordinating fixtures.
The lavatory, complete with a front overflow, coordinates well with both
the Stately and Classic designs of the Memoirs suite and is available
in 20 Kohler colours.
