Utopia Introduces Solid Surface Training Booklet

With sales of solid surfacing continuing to show exceptional growth, Utopia has introduced a training booklet to assist retailers in specifying this versatile material.

Solid surfacing is hugely popular with the consumer because it is attractive, hard-wearing and seamless. It is also easy to install. The new 12 page booklet guides retailers through the planning and design process, explaining through simple diagrams and typical case studies how to incorporate solid surfacing into the overall plan and exactly which components to order.

As Liz Green, Utopia's Sales & Marketing Director, comments, ‘Solid surfacing is a key growth area for us. Our new booklet, with its checklists and practical tips, ensures that everyone can take full advantage of it.’

PWS Launches New Suite of Literature

Hot on the heels of PWS’ 2006 Directory follows the new Second Nature literature suite. Encompassing the burst bound Second Nature door brochure and the handy mini-door brochure, the literature package covers the full furniture portfolio from PWS, including new additions such as Eterno Walnut and Gullwing Beech.

PWS project-manage the entire brochure production process, helping every step of the way from initial artwork and proofing through to printing and despatch to customers.

In addition, CDs of the photography featured in the brochure are available for PWS customers to use for their own marketing activities. Contact PWS on 01325 505555 for further details.

Highlights include a vastly extended collection of range cookers including the 120cm DCM6120X range cooker with pyrolytic functions in both ovens - the first on the market. Whatever the level of the user's cooking proficiency, this appliance will do as much or as little as is required.

There is a new collection of state of the art stylish hoods to suit any kitchen. These include the new DHD585X, a super quiet cylinder island hood. A set of 'range style' hoods has been launched to complement the new range cookers, and there are new curved and stainless steel and glass models.

This includes a double sink top and a work surface with two wooden chopping boards. A further base unit with two doors and a two drawer base unit can be mixed and matched in a kitchen.
