Another New Addition for the Nicholas Anthony Contracts Division

Nicholas Anthony, the award-winning designer of luxury kitchens and bathrooms, has appointed a new Business Development Manager for its expanding contracts division.

Steve Dhillon, 27, has worked in the luxury kitchen industry for the last two and a half years. He joins Nicholas Anthony’s contracts division at a time of rapid growth and after the appointment of two new designers. Steve has won contracts with some of the country’s leading developers.

Ideal Standard Reinforces it’s Leadership Team with New Director

Ideal Standard, a leading provider of bathroom and kitchen solutions has appointed former Shires Operations Director Michael Leaf to head up the acrylics and wellness and Irish divisions. Michael will have commercial responsibilities for the incremental growth of the business.

Michael has almost 20 years experience in the kitchens and bathrooms industry, high points include Managing Director of Shaws of Darwen, moving to Operations Director of Shires Ltd; responsible for production and logistics.

William Ball Reveals a New Star in its Midst

As part of its on-going business development, William Ball has appointed a new star player to its management team - Larry Zalcman. Working alongside md Terry Ball and marketing manager Lorraine Whitfield, Larry will be responsible for expanding and developing the success of the furniture brand in the role of sales director.

Larry has a pretty impressive CV and is more than qualified for the task ahead. Past victories include brand creation and development for prestigious companies such as Ravenhead, Rank Hovis McDougall and Lanzet UK, and he started his career as an accountant with Price Waterhouse having secured a Batchelor of Science degree with honours.

Larry's most recent success was as md for kitchen furniture and appliance distribution company Lanzet UK, where he achieved 22 years of profit growth and significant market share.

FagorBrandt UK Promotes Philip Harrison and Jeff Abram to Manage Northern and Southern Sales Regions

Following the promotion of Richard Walker to sales and marketing director of FagorBrandt UK, two further internal promotions have been made. De Dietrich regional sales managers Philip Harrison and Jeff Abram take overall responsibility for Northern and Southern regions respectively; as an extension of their current responsibilities. They will oversee their divisional teams of area sales managers and will have hands on roles to help drive the De Dietrich business forward throughout 2007.

Shires Makes New Appointment

Shires, the UK bathroom manufacturer, has recently expanded its marketing team with strategic thinker Daniel Reeves.

Daniel's remit is to further develop the established brands of Shires, Selecta, Trent, the Italian Collection and Shaws of Darwen and his position will encompass work on the wide portfolio of products.
