National training manger focuses on Laufen brand

The Roca Group has made a key appointment with Richard Court, previously an area sales manager, now taking on the role of national training manger looking after the Laufen brand.

Richard will now take on responsibility for training internal and external Roca Group staff on the Laufen brand, training customers at the company's soon to be re-vamped training centre at Laufen Evesham and training customers in their own showrooms. He will also support the launch of new ranges within the Laufen brand.

With a background as a plumbing and heating engineer, Richard joined Laufen 11 years ago as area sales manager, from PJH Hopkinson's where he held a similar role for three years.

"I am looking forward to having the opportunity to spread the news about our award winning brand at Laufen and how we have helped shape the bathroom industry, with the wall-hung pan, pressure casting and SaphirKeramik," says Richard.

"We are re-vamping our training centre at Laufen in Evesham where we will have a hands on working area and there be a new training program for our customers and sales staff."
