Burgbad's John Drake
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Burgbad sales manager, John Drake, on 5th September 2016.
A very popular sales manager with some 20-plus years of industry experience behind him including roles with Villeroy & Boch in both the UK and US, John joined Burgbad in 2004 and was the driving force in establishing the brand in the UK.
John was a proud Yorkshireman who was conscientious, knowledgeable and a valued member of both the Burgbad and extended VitrA teams. He was much liked and respected by both his colleagues and his customers and will be greatly missed.
John had an active life and enjoyed music and motorsports in which he took great interest as a spectator - often attending track days in his classic sports cars.
John is survived by his wife Maureen, his mother, his daughter and step-son and step-daughter and our thoughts are with them.
