Ripples' Solihull designer wins 'Design Of The Year'
Richard Fox, designer at Ripples' Solihull showroom, has won the coveted title of 'Design of the Year' at Ripples' annual Designer Day.
Designers from Ripples' 13 UK showrooms gather for a training day filled with inspiring and motivating speakers, they get the chance to compare design ideas and discuss techniques with their peers. The day is headed by Ripples' sales manager, Nicola Crow.
Designers are all set a design challenge in advance and are asked to present their hand drawn design at the Ripples Designer Day; designs must be on brief and within the proposed budget. Ripples designers then vote for their favourite.
Richard Fox won with the majority vote and was handed an award for his 'Design of the Year' for 2017.
This year's Designer Day was held in May at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
