Modern Homes launches partnership with fine dining chef
Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom retailer, Modern Homes, has launched a new partnership, 'Yes Chef Dining' that will offer exciting food-related benefits and opportunities for its clients and expand their businesses.
Leamington Spa based Modern Homes is working in partnership with a very talented young chef, Richard Bramble, on the new business venture. Richard will be based at the showroom, offering a range of catering services and will be on hand for a programme of workshops and cookery demonstrations.
The concept behind the business is to make fine dining more accessible in people's homes and to bring fresh, local, street food to the public via a mobile food truck.
Modern Homes owner Tina Riley says: "Richard's approach to food and fine dining is so refreshing, we know that there are people who think it is not for them... We hope to prove them wrong and show them how affordable and within reach it is."
The fine dining service will be based around the concept of Richard visiting the diner's own kitchen to produce high-end, restaurant quality food in the domestic dinner party setting. The menus created for this in-house experience are exclusively tailored to the guests' requests, needs and preferences.
"Having experienced one of Richard's taster menus for my father's recent birthday party, I can testify what a wonderful, hassle-free experience this is," says Tina. "Richard takes away the headache of planning and preparing the food... You don't even have to worry about providing the appropriate crockery, or indeed washing it all up at the end of the meal!"
Another important element of the business will be the food trailer, taking 'Yes Chef Dining' to food events, private parties and music festivals.
The third offering is fine dining cooking lessons from the chef himself. Modern Homes has a new prep kitchen with a variety of top of the range kitchen equipment, suitable for cooking demonstrations and coaching.
Richard will be hosting a cookery demonstration in the showroom on today to mark the launch of the new venture.
